All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment,
you can now make a claim on line. PS Form 1000 needs to be filled out for USPS damage. Simply type in domestic insurance claim in their search box and there are the faqs listed.
